How long does a project take?

It depends on scope, and the date is put in writing in the proposal. We deliver in slices every two weeks, so the first part is in use long before everything is finished.

What happens after delivery?

For 30 days, any bug is fixed at no cost. After that, the service is maintained for a monthly fee that covers the server, security updates, backups, support and small changes. Larger changes are quoted separately.

I already have a system — can it be migrated?

Usually yes. We work with exports, existing databases and even Excel sheets. Migrating historical data is planned as one more stage of the project.

Do you work remotely?

Yes, the whole process runs remotely: discovery over video calls, deliveries to a staging environment and recorded training.
