Who is responsible
Leonardo Ismael Alvares Dominguez, who works under the name Bit Wide, in San Juan, Argentina. Contact: contacto@bitwide.tech.
What we ask for
When you write to us through the form, we ask for your name, your email and your message, which we need in order to reply, and the name of your company, which is optional. If any of them is missing or incorrect, we will not be able to answer you.
The server also uses the IP address you write from to stop abuse of the form, such as mass submissions. The IP is kept only in memory, for up to an hour, and the site does not store it.
What we use it for
Only to answer your inquiry and, when it applies, to prepare a proposal for you. We do not use it to send you advertising, and we do not add it to mailing lists.
Who we share it with
No one. Your inquiry arrives by email at our own mail server, hosted on a server we rent from Hostinger. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties. By sending us your inquiry, you agree to your data being handled as this notice explains.
How long we keep it
If we do not move forward with a project, we delete the inquiry 12 months after the last contact. If we work together, we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts.
What your browser stores
The site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools, and the fonts are served from our own server. Your browser stores only two things, which are never sent to us: the theme you chose, light or dark, and whether you already saw the loading screen during this visit.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data by writing to contacto@bitwide.tech. We reply within the legal deadlines: 10 calendar days to give you access, and 5 business days to correct or delete it.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as established in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the Control Body of Law No. 25,326, has the authority to handle the complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force on personal data protection.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will publish it on this same page with the new date.
